Information we collect
Information you provide directly
When you submit our contact form, request a quote or email us, we collect:
- Name and the organisation you represent
- Work email address and phone number
- City / project location
- Requirement type (e.g. LED video wall, IFP, AMC)
- Free-text message describing your project
- Any attachments (floor plans, RFPs) you choose to share
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure logs standard request metadata — IP address, user agent, referrer, page viewed, timestamp — for security, abuse prevention and aggregate analytics. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics tools (such as Google Analytics with IP anonymisation) to understand site usage in aggregate. No advertising cookies are set.
Why we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare a BoQ, schedule a site visit or set up a demo
- To deliver, install, commission and support AV systems we have agreed to supply you
- To operate AMC contracts, send service notifications and schedule preventive visits
- To send occasional commercial communication relevant to the services you have enquired about (you can opt out at any time)
- To meet legal, tax, audit and statutory obligations in India
- To prevent fraud, abuse and misuse of our website and services
Legal basis
We process information on the basis of your consent (when you submit a form or subscribe to communications), to perform a contract you have entered into with us, or to comply with legal obligations applicable to a registered business in India.
Sharing and third parties
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone, ever. We share information only with the following categories of recipients, and only to the extent necessary:
- Authorised OEM partners (Samsung, LG, Panasonic, MAXHUB, Planar, Seada, Drita and similar) where they need basic project information to release stock or execute warranty
- Sub-contracted civil, electrical or installation partners working under our supervision on a project at your site
- Cloud and IT service providers operating our website, email, CRM and storage (subject to confidentiality)
- Statutory authorities, when we are required by law to disclose information
All processors we use are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Cookies
Our website uses a minimal set of strictly-necessary cookies for navigation and session continuity, and (where enabled) anonymised analytics cookies to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — the site continues to work, with reduced analytics insight on our side.
Data retention
We keep enquiry data for as long as the lead is active and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically 24 months) for context if you re-engage. Project, contract and invoicing records are kept for the periods required under Indian tax, company-law and statutory audit obligations. Once a retention period ends, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — access controls, encrypted transit (HTTPS), reputable cloud infrastructure and least-privilege handling of customer data — to protect information we hold. No internet system is perfectly secure; we will notify you if a breach is reasonably likely to affect you.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete information that we no longer need to keep
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications
- Receive a copy of the information you provided in a portable format
Email sales@vectorverse.net with the request and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 days).
Children
Vector Verse Technologies provides B2B services and does not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please write in and we will delete it.
International transfers
Most of our processing happens in India. Some of the cloud services we use (email, analytics, CRM) may store data in other jurisdictions. Where this happens, the providers commit to standards comparable to Indian law.

In line with applicable Indian regulation, the grievance officer for Vector Verse Technologies is:
